Itinerary

Day 3

In the afternoon we will leave in a private 4 X 4 vehicle to the other side of Siwa, we will cross the desert to see the great Siwa Mountain, where the first human footprint takes us to the prehistoric era. An archaeological mission of the Supreme Council of Antiquities of Egypt discovered in August 2007 fossilized human footprints that are dated to more than a million years old. Zahi Hawass reported that fossilized plant samples from the same stratum were analyzed to determine the date. We continue the safari between the dunes until we reach the fossil area where you can see the rocky corals of the Cambrian era, then we will arrive at Shiata Lake, it is a good opportunity to observe flamenco birds and enjoy the relaxing environment, and Sand Boarding in the sand dunes of the desert. Then transfer to the Bir Wahid thermal pool, to cool down and calm the body, later, we will relax at the highest point of the desert while we contemplate the sunset on a sandy horizon

After the tour, we will go to the desert camp to enjoy the unforgettable landscape of the stars and in the morning the dawn. Typical dinner and sleep.
Day 4

In the morning we go back to the hotel and after getting breakfast we visit ;

The crocodile tomb; It is one of the most important archaeological tombs excavated in Mount Muti. It was discovered in 1940 and became known by this name due to the disappearance of the name of the cemetery owner and the admiration of the Siwa people for the sight of the crocodile in the cemetery. The cemetery is rich with scenes of the Book of the Dead, and other scenes of the cemetery owner worshipping some gods, and on the side of the entrance there are pictures of three gods holding knives for the purpose of protecting the mummy

Day 2

After breakfast, we will visit the Ancient ruins of Siwa

Temple of the Oracle

The springs of Siwa are famous throughout the Western Desert. Cleopatra’s Pool, also known as Cleopatra’s Bath or Spring of the Sun, is a large, circular stone pool filled with crystal-clear, bubbly water. Ironically, Cleopatra probably never bathed here.

Gebel al-Dakrur

Visible from all points in the oasis the triple-peaked Gebel al-Dakrur (or Gebel al-Takrur) serves as a landmark and offers a spectacular view from its summit
